Note that being a gang leader is a large responsibility and if any problems occur from members of your gang the blame will be placed on it's creator if the issue isn't resolved internally. Running a gang requires extreme patience, organization, memory, creativity, and role-playing skill; if you feel you do not currently posses these traits then improve your skills and apply at a later date if you are still interested.
